OUR

Terms

For a single order, because of the expense of the chemicals involved, which are imported into Australia, we require a 30% deposit of the ex-factory value with order, a further 30% of the ex-factory value once the goods are ready to ship, and the balance, of 40%, plus freight costs, 30 days after Bill of Lading date.

If there is an ongoing schedule of orders we will negotiate the payment terms, including treatment of exchange rate variance during the duration of the contract.

Pricing

Price for standard widths (see the relevant Technical Data Sheet) of the various grades of FireShield® are as listed below. This also applies for widths which add up to our standard widths. Non-standard widths incur a slitting charge of AUD 0.30/sq.m.

Samples are supplied at no charge, up to 10 sq m, but the cost of sending the sample is charged in advance of dispatch.

The various forms of FireShield® chemicals are priced the same, but prices change for the various substrates used to carry the chemicals into the laminate.

Substrates are:

•  35 gsm non-woven glass tissue, for standard laminate manufacture

•  43 gsm polyester hyrdo-entangled, for pultrusion

•  120 gsm plain weave glass cloth, also suitable for pultrusion, more expensive than the polyester

•  130 gsm satin weave glass cloth, better shear characteristics, where minor 3D surfaces have to be covered

Prices, and minimum run sizes, vary because of minimum order quantities of both chemicals and substrates.

For typical volumes, the following applies.

All Substrates are POA.
